Why can't I login to my DomainAdvertising account?

You may not be able to log in to your account if:

  • Your account is de-activated.
  • You forgot your username/password.
  • Your account is suspended.
I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my password?

To retrieve your password, click on 'Forgot Password' link on the Login page. Enter your Username (email address) and click on 'Submit'. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you on your registered email address.

Why is my account suspended?

Your account will be suspended if it is inactive (there are no visitors recorded in your account) for a period of 1 month. If your account is suspended due to inactivity, you can contact our Support Desk and request to revoke your account's suspension.

Please note that your account can also be suspended if our Compliance Team detects fraudulent activity in your account which violates our Terms of Service. In all such cases, any pending payments for the account will be withheld.

Poor Traffic Quality has been able to deliver superior results to all its customers as well as Ad-Feed partners due to the excellent traffic quality standards it has maintained. Hence, if your account does not meet our Traffic Quality standards, it will be suspended.
